Well...



Today, we officially mailed off our homestudy and USCIS paperwork.
Today, we officially sent off our Dossier to our agency.
We are so excited.
It feels like we have done "our part" and now we wait on the Lord.
We were waiting before, but now it is even LESS in our HANDS.

This logo will be on our shirts (not the shaded outside, just the tree, logo, etc.).
We are so excited that there will be ONE LESS orphan in the world.

Our church is kicking off a campaign with the same name.
Urging families to join the journey to have one less life with no family, no home.
Do you want to join us? Partner financially? Run the 5K race in the fall? Learn about foster care or adoption for yourself? Learn how to help families who currently foster? Help support the "UNADOPTED" orphans that will live their entire lives as "unadopted" orphans. At some point they will age out of the system and need help, or risk walking into the arms of the pimp at the end of the drive. Hard reality.
There are ways to get involved. I challenge you to do it. Get involved.
Maybe not by adopting yourself.
But you can help.

Or, you could just have a biological child. And adopt. At the same time.
Because we like to try that route too.
