I finally know it!
Why have I been evading it for so long??
I have always been the one to wake upa at 4:45am to work out. I go to bed at 11pm or 12.
Last night I had a horrrible migraine. Right when I got home from school. So I went to bed, IMMEDIATELY when I got home. Laid with a cover over my eyes. I couldn't sleep and I was so crabby. When I finally got to bed, I felt great! When I woke up for dinner (yes, my incredible husband cooked dinner like a champ!!) my headache was gone. Then, still feeling a little gross, I decided to edit a couple pictures and go back to bed. So I did.
And guess what? I woke up BEFORE MY ALARM at 4:41am. And I felt great. I was so smiley and cheerful.
Now I know why new moms are so GROUCHY. The phenomenon of waking babies has always gone right by me. Now I feel as though I can relate. Now, overnight, I have learned to LOVE sleep! I guess I wish that I never discovered this wonder of sleep....I was hoping that when I brought the sweet baby home from overseas I wouldn't even miss the lost sleep. Well....tonight I am skipping a worship event to get in bed early.
Although I am sad to miss it, I'll be honest, the sleep will be worth it!!

Speaking of sleep...guess who else loves sleep??
