Yesterday I was 30 weeks. I am sort of embarrased to admit that, because I'm so huge :) I have talked to so many people lately that are carrying an anencephalic baby with no extra fluid. So I will just choose to believe that God has given me this fluid for some reason. I measured 37 weeks last week, at 29 weeks. I feel him moving like crazy, which is special and fun. It is also painful. I will just try to remember that when he kicks, it's probably because he is swimming in all that fluid. His weight estimate was 2 1/2 lbs last week, and he's supposed to gain about 1/2 lb a week from here on out. I would love to meet him around 4 or 5 lbs or more, but we'll just see what the Lord has in store, he might be about 3 or 3 1/2 lbs.
We are both so excited to meet him, whenever that should happen. We are taking good time to connect and talk as a couple, and B's job has been very tame and has given us time to spend together. For that, I am so thankful. I feel blessed that the Lord is using this to draw us closer to one another and closer to the Lord. It is a special time in our marriage, although a hard one.
